This is an outreach program where students travel to a local community care centre for children. The students work with the children who live at the Children’s Home. They play games and have fun with different activities. This program encourages the students to come up with plans about life habits and educational values for the session on a weekly basis so that the children may benefit and learn progressively from the sessions. The students learn how to create programs and start to recognise the impact on their organisation, preparation and implementation.
“Children are amazing and being able to work with them reminds me of the importance of patience, love and care”
“I enjoy working with the Care Points because it introduces me to people who really care about children and their welfare”
